Insite Radiology
Mobile medical imaging — X-ray vans & disaster relief imaging · Australia wide
Visit insiteradiology.com →The problem
Insite Radiology operates fitted-out mobile X-ray vans — X-ray, ultrasound and OPG on board, staffed by AHPRA-registered radiographers and sonographers, with same-day online reporting. The service was real and operating, but there was no online presence at all. The organisations that need it most — emergency services, government and public sector agencies, aged care, correctional and remote community health — had no way to find it, assess it or brief it internally.
What I identified
This isn't a consumer service, it's a procurement decision. The people searching are looking for capability, compliance and deployment detail — turn-key vans, contingency arrangements, access and escort protocols, reporting pathways — and none of that existed in a form anyone could read, forward or search for.
The strategy
Build the brand and an authoritative, industry-facing information website from scratch: explain the capability in the language the sector uses, make each deployment model its own clearly structured page, and give a decision-maker everything they'd need to take it to their own organisation.
Implementation
The site was written for the people who make the call: what arrives on site, what happens inside the van, what's agreed in advance, and what reporting looks like afterwards. Each deployment option — a turn-key van delivered to your organisation, or Insite arriving with its own practitioners — was given its own space rather than being blended into a single generic services page, so search engines and AI tools can match a specific query to a specific answer.
